This black-bladed version of Spyderco's Subway Bowie proudly includes all the features of the satin-finished version but with an added non-reflective black ceramic coating to the blade.
Designed by the renowned French custom knifemaker and martial artist Fred Perrin for Spyderco, the Subway Bowie is an ultra-compact capable fixed-blade knife.
The fibreglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle is moulded onto the blade's tang and incorporates Perrin's signature index-finger choil.
The lanyard hole allows the easy attachment of the paracord lanyard and works in harmony with the choil and jimping (textured grooves) on the spine to ensure a secure, non-slip grip.
