Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Edgar Brothers website, detailed below. Please read these thoroughly before purchasing, and we suggest keeping a copy for future reference.
1. We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Any modifications will affect future orders.
2. We detail delivery charges and estimated delivery times in the Ordering & Delivery section. Although we aim to meet these estimates, delays can occur. In line with UK law, our delivery partners may leave your package with a neighbour or in a secure location if specified by you when ordering.
3. All items are offered subject to their availability. Should an item be unavailable after ordering, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for any payments made.
4. Payments can be made online using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal.
5. We are committed to complying with our legal obligations to supply goods that match the contract. We strive to ensure the smooth processing and delivery of your order. Should you have any concerns, initially contact us at shootingsports@edgarbrothers.com.
6. Our agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with any disputes to be settled exclusively in the courts of these jurisdictions.
7. Product specifications may change. In such cases, We will try to offer a replacement of the same or higher quality at the same price. If you are unsatisfied with the alternative, it can be returned under our 30-day returns policy. You also have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for most products, barring a few exceptions, and return them at your own cost.
8. 30-Day Moneyback Guarantee: We aim for your complete satisfaction with every Edgar Brothers purchase, offering value and quality. If you are not fully satisfied, return the product within 30 days of delivery in its original condition with the receipt for an exchange or full refund. Furthermore, all Edgar Brothers products have a minimum 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.
9. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund, excluding certain items such as personalised goods or those made to your specifications. Cancellations must be made within 14 days of delivery, citing your order number. We advise securely packaging returns and using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
10. Customer reviews should relate solely to the product's use and features without linking to external sites or referencing violent activities. Reviews must comply with these guidelines to be eligible for publication.
11. Customer service feedback is gathered via Trustpilot, an independent review platform. Trustpilot may reach out post-purchase to gather feedback on our service; participation is voluntary, and customers can opt out of future Trustpilot communications.
12. We will use your email and mobile number to send you parcel tracking updates. This information is also shared with the delivery service to inform you of the progress of your order. This information is used solely for the delivery process.
13. Bladed products in the UK require age verification at delivery to ensure compliance with local laws.
