We will gladly provide a refund on your purchase if you return the item within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned as new, unworn (if applicable) and with all packaging / labels still attached.

Please ensure the returns note is completed and a copy provided in the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for unwanted items.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Until the item is delivered then we cannot accept liability.

Faulty Goods Returns

To comply with Health & Safety regulations, any faulty item being returned for assessment must be in a clean and dry condition, free from mud and dirt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
