This unique Sprint Run™ version of the Spyderco Dragonfly™ 2 features Carpenter® Technology’s Micro-Melt PD#1, a cold-work die steel designed to provide exceptional wear resistance and toughness.
The advanced alloy composition is further improved by the CarTech® Micro-Melt powder metal process, resulting in an ultra-fine, highly uniform grain structure. Equivalent to CPM® CRU-WEAR®, this high-performance steel forms the full-flat-ground PlainEdge™ blade of this knife.
To enhance the appeal of the elite Dragonfly 2, the blade is coated in non-reflective titanium carbonitride (TiCN). At the same time, the injection-moulded fibreglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle comes in rich burgundy.
The reversible deep-pocket wire clip, lock bar, and handle hardware are also finished with durable black coatings to complement the striking black-and-burgundy aesthetic.
