Based on the widely used Vickers Sling platform, the Standard AK Sling is a versatile choice. It incorporates the proven quick-adjust technology of the Vickers Sling, featuring a shortened, value-engineered quick-adjust pull tab. This allows for instant adjustability without any loose sling tail or breakable parts, ensuring secure weapon retention while allowing for quick adjustments to shoulder and fire. It can be customized to individual body sizes and used with or without body armour or other gear, making it a versatile option for any situation.
The Standard AK Sling has a Molded Universal Wire Loop™ (UWL) for the perfect frontend sling hardware attachment point. Specifically designed for the AK, the UWL attaches securely and quietly with a nylon-coated aircraft-grade stainless steel cable to the elongated eyelet on the handguard retainer or gas block. It can also be installed on the left-hand side by passing it underneath the gas tube. Additionally, the UWL can be removed for a more custom application.
The rear of the sling features two tri-glides to enable attachment to various stock types, including buttstocks, folding stocks, wire stocks, and others.
