At the heart of the XL platform is Zoli’s forged monolithic action, combined with its Boss-style locking system and detachable trigger mechanism. The XL-EVO models also allow the side plates to be swapped, allowing the shooter to fine-tune the gun's weight and balance to suit their personal tastes.
XL-EVO Sienna
The XL-EVO Sienna gives the XL platform a warmer, more traditional appearance. Its engraving and finish complement the lines of the action without becoming overly elaborate, making it a good choice for the shooter who appreciates the mechanical qualities of the XL-EVO but wants something a little more distinctive. Underneath the finish is the same competition-focused XL-EVO platform, providing the balance, reliability and adjustability needed for regular competitive shooting.
XL-EVO Firenze
Moving further up the range, the XL-EVO Firenze combines the performance of the XL-EVO with a much more detailed finish. Deep-relief engraving featuring traditional acanthus leaves gives the Firenze its individual character, with Zoli’s signature detailing incorporated into the action. It remains very much a shotgun designed to be shot rather than simply admired. Interchangeable side plates allow the gun's weight and balance to be adjusted, enabling the owner to set it up to suit their shooting style.
XLS Firenze
Sitting at the top of the range, the XLS Firenze takes the Firenze concept a stage further. Its longer side plates provide a larger canvas for Zoli’s deep-relief engraving, creating a shotgun with considerably more presence while retaining the competition pedigree of the XL platform. The XLS Firenze is for the shooter seeking something beyond a standard competition gun – combining serious shooting performance with the skill and care to detail expected of a premium Italian shotgun.
