This state-of-the-art process wrings maximum performance out of the steel by reducing alloy segregation and ensuring a fine, homogenous microstructure. Proprietary to Spyderco, this high-performance blade material is well-known for its ability to get “sticky sharp” while balancing edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance.
