The STR® Carbine Stock is equipped with a Sling Mount Kit—TYPE 1 (MAG333), featuring a pre-installed push-button QD swivel socket on the left side of the stock. The threaded TYPE 2 Kit on the opposite side can be installed for an additional mounting point for push-button swivels or the Magpul® QDM (MAG543).
To utilise ambidextrous sling swivels with the SGA®, MOE® Rifle, MOE® Fixed Carbine, MOE® AK, Zhukov-S, Hunter 700, and Hunter X-22 Stocks, the TYPE 2 Kit must be paired with the optional TYPE 1 Kit. Constructed from robust black phosphatised steel, the installation is straightforward using the original STR hardware or the TYPE 1 Kit provided. Please note that swivels are not included.
This kit proudly made in the USA, is designed for use with push-button QD Sling Swivels or Magpul® QDM.
