The B14 TIMBER rifle features a walnut stock with a Monte Carlo-style cheekpiece. In the stock manufacturing process, two large holes are initially drilled and subsequently filled with a durable metal-infiltrated epoxy resin. After the epoxy hardens, the stock undergoes CNC machining to achieve precise tolerances, creating two sturdy epoxy pillars around the action screws. Finally, the stock is treated with multiple layers of oil for a polished finish.
The Bergara barrel is perfectly complemented by a remarkably smooth bolt action. It features a two-lug system with a sliding extractor, tapered bolt, and chamber stop to ensure effortless cartridge insertion and extraction. The barrel comes factory-drilled and tapped to fit Remington 700-style rings and bases.
The Bergara 4140 CrMo steel barrel has a Graphite Black Cerakote™ finish, and all barrels feature threaded end caps.
All B14 rifles are capable of producing sub-1.0 MOA groups or less at 100 yards (91.44 metres) using factory match-grade ammunition.
