The shoe is crafted with non-absorbent upper materials, strategically placed mesh panels, and drain holes to facilitate quick water evacuation once on land. The shoe features an anti-debris mesh, which comprises a tight mesh that prevents debris from becoming trapped between the foot and the footbed. Additionally, a single layer of mesh is incorporated close to the foot to maximise feel, enhancing overall comfort.
The high-performance Matryx textile is engineered to resist abrasion while remaining light and breathable, constructed with individually-coated high-tenacity Kevlar and technical yarn. Finally, the Contagrip® water outsole features a lug design with deep penetration and multi-directional grip, significantly improving traction on soft surfaces like mud or loose dirt.
