A synthetic insulated, windproof hooded jacket designed for special reconnaissance operations in extreme cold weather conditions and built to withstand harsh environments whilst maintaining operational capability.
Features a removable, insulated hood that is fully compatible with goggles and optical equipment. The hem is secured with a vertically routed drawcord system, designed to minimise snagging during tactical movements. Cuffs incorporate Velcro® closures to create a secure seal against the elements.
The jacket includes multiple insulated zip pockets strategically positioned for mission-critical equipment. Chest pockets provide secure compartmentalised storage for essential personal items, whilst lower torso pockets double as hand-warming pockets when gloves are not in use. Internal flat mesh pockets accommodate AN/PRC-148 or AN/PRC-152 handheld radios. Upper arm zip pockets remain accessible when wearing load-carrying equipment (LCE).
Equipped with 4" × 4.5" Velcro® patches on the upper arms, featuring VLite™ retention rings for the attachment of IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) markings and devices.

- Insulation: Coreloft™ polyester in varying weights (91.5gsm, 102gsm, and 133gsm Compact Gold Eco) with fluorocarbon-free DWR – 100% polyester
- Outer Shell: 2-layer GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ ripstop (88gsm) with C6 DWR – 100% nylon with ePTFE membrane
- Lining: 20-denier recycled nylon ripstop (40gsm) with fluorocarbon-free DWR – 100% nylon

- Care: May release plastic microfibres during washing
Care Instructions
Machine wash on permanent press cycle at low temperature. Tumble dry on permanent press low setting. Close all fastenings before washing, and wash separately—double-rinse cycle recommended.
Do not bleach, dry clean, iron, or use fabric softener.
