The VLAK from Mystery Ranch was created with medical resupply storage in vehicles in mind. It comes with a detachable strap allowing cross-body carrying, slung over a headrest or attached via MOLLE.
Additionally, it is designed to attach to an assault vest and body armour. Other features include a rip-zip opening for quick, one-handed access, MOLLE attachment to assault vest/body armour, and a detachable strap for carrying cross-body or over the headrest in a vehicle.
